☀ About DEAI


The 3rd Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area International Conference on Digital Economy and Artificial Intelligence (DEAI 2026) will be held from April 10 to 12, 2026, in Dongguan, China. As a premier academic event in the fields of digital economy and artificial intelligence, DEAI 2026 continues its mission to promote multidisciplinary collaboration, drive industry innovation, and foster thought leadership by bringing together leading experts from academia, industry, and policymaking to explore the latest developments and applications in digital economy and AI.

Building on the success and enthusiastic feedback of the previous two conferences held in Dongguan, this edition aims to further deepen exchanges and cooperation within the field, responding to the new opportunities and challenges brought about by the rapid transformation of digital economy and AI. The conference will focus on cutting-edge topics and critical issues to help position the Greater Bay Area as a global hub for digital and intelligent innovation.

Key themes of DEAI 2026 include: "AI-driven Digital Transformation," examining the deep integration of AI technologies in traditional industries and emerging sectors; "Data Governance and Ethical Standards," emphasizing trends in data security, privacy protection, and regulatory compliance; "Smart Cities and Future Urban Planning," analyzing how intelligent technologies empower sustainable urban development and management; and "Fintech and Blockchain Innovation," offering in-depth insights into how blockchain, digital currencies, and fintech innovations are reshaping the financial landscape. Through these multifaceted perspectives, the conference seeks to inspire innovative thinking, promote policy dialogue, and foster industry collaboration to drive the flourishing ecosystem of digital economy and AI in the Greater Bay Area.

Publication

 Publication


All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three  experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of DEAI 2026 will be published in the ACM International Conference Proceedings Series, which will be indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus. 

Note: All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.
